At this time, we are not in network with insurance. However, we would be happy to provide you with a Superbill invoice (and payment receipt) upon request which can be submitted to your insurance company. Please check with your insurance directly for more information on receiving reimbursement for out of network services. HSA/FSA funds can be used to cover costs as well.

Labs, EKGs, and any imaging will be billed to your insurance by the lab or imaging center. Patients provide their insurance information to the lab/imaging center directly.

We only see patients virtually. Virtual care is often an ideal fit for athletes in particular, given their busy schedules, frequent travel and desire/need for discretion. Since our providers are licensed in multiple states, we can often “travel with you” across state lines, allowing for seamless, uninterrupted care. If you are at risk for medical instability, we will work with you to find a safe and appropriate in-person setting for an assessment.
-
Absolutely! We have decades of experience treating non-athletes as well. We define “athletes” broadly, to include those in the military, performing arts, and active people of all ages.

No, it is not a requirement to see both. However, some patients may find benefit in the multidisciplinary nature of our clinic.

Yes! We know it takes a village, and we would love to work closely with your existing support team members. This may include not only health care providers, but coaches and training staff as well.

For many individuals, it isn’t necessary to fully stop exercising. For others, especially when medical stability or safety are compromised, a temporary pause in strenuous exercise, or a modification to your training program may be recommended to support a full recovery. Know that we share your goal of returning to your sport as quickly (and safely) as possible.

Yes, our physician can prescribe medications if you’ve been seen recently and if they are medically indicated. However, due to changing prescribing laws for telemedicine visits, we cannot prescribe controlled medications (e.g. stimulant medications, benzodiazepines, opiate pain medications) at this time.
